Why can’t I make a reservation online?
Though most of us have gotten used to online transactions for everything, a motorcycle rental or tour reservation is different than booking a car or reserving a hotel.
We want to make sure you have the right bike for you and the right trip planned.
Also, we are sure you have questions about the area and your trip in general. We have information on everything from flights and shuttles to restaurants and entertainment.
Who can rent a motorcycle?
To rent a motorcycle all you really need is a valid ID showing your motorcycle endorsement.
However, all of our riders are required to have a helmet and proper riding gear for their particular ride. All of our bikes have saddlebags, so you can shed or add layers based on temperature and elevation.
Also, you will be provided with different insurance plans to choose from, similar to your options when renting a car. Check with your insurance company to see if they will provide a rider on your current policy which is often a cheaper option.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require 1/2 of the cost at the time of booking which is non-refundable. This secures your motorcycle choice and dates. The other 1/2 is required no LESS than 30 days prior to departure.
We also require a safety deposit hold for each motorcycle rental of $2500 due at the time of rental. It will not be charged to your credit card unless there are damages incurred.
What if I don’t have or can’t travel with a helmet and riding gear?
We have rental helmets and gear that fit most everyone. You also have the option of shipping your gear to us prior to your trip, and we will ship it back with your preferred parcel service.
If you’d rather, we can also place a discounted order through RevZilla and have new gear waiting for you upon your arrival.
What about Insurance?
Every motorcycle rental requires the purchase of Basic Liability Insurance for $15 USD/day. Supplemental liability insurance is available for $6.95 USD/day in addition to the Basic, both of which are strongly encouraged. You may consider also purchasing trip insurance through a 3rd party just in case
What if I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations via email at least 45 days prior to departure will allow the initial deposit to be applied to a future trip/rental. Additionally, we are happy to transfer your reservation to another individual with confirmation of their deposit.
What is the closest airport to Virgin, Utah?
St. George, Utah has a regional airport that is about 40 minutes away. The McCarran International airport in Las Vegas has cheaper flights and is about two and a half hours away.
We can arrange to meet you at the airport or reserve a shuttle for you depending on the time of year and your particular booking.
I want to try out more than one bike. Can I do that?
Absolutely. These are our favorite bikes and we know it's tough to choose between them. On your tour, each rider is insured regardless of which bike you are on assuming you each sign one another's Rental Contracts. We have plenty of places to stop, take in the scenery and swap saddles.
